Wayne Mutual offers three programs for owner/occupants of a one-or-two family dwelling or a tenant occupying an apartment:  Preferred Homeowner, Traditional Homeowner and Standard Homeowner.  These programs are designed to meet the needs of homeowners, based on the age, condition, construction and loss history of the home. Consult your local agent to find out which program will best suit your needs.
