Umbrella

Wayne Mutual offers three types of umbrella programs: the Personal
Umbrella Liability Program, Farm Umbrella Liability Program
and Commercial Umbrella Liability Program. These programs extend
your protection beyond the liability limits of your basic Wayne Mutual
automobile,
homeowners,
farmowners and
commercial policies.
The base umbrella programs provide coverage to a limit of $1 million,
with additional limits up to $5 million available. Consult your local agent to find out which program will best
suit your needs.
If you insure your auto and home, farm or business with Wayne
Mutual, our Umbrella Programs can provide you
with these important coverages anywhere in the world:
-
Property damage - for losses in excess of the liability limits of your automobile,
homeowners, farmowners or personal liability insurance policies
-
Bodily injury - for doctor bills, hospital expenses,
ambulance bills and funeral expenses that may not be covered by your underlying policies
-
Personal injury - for alleged acts of
libel, slander, wrongful eviction, defamation of character, and other
acts that may not be covered by your underlying policies
-
Advertising liability - for
alleged publication of material that slanders or libels a person or
organization or disparages a person's or organization's goods,
products or services; alleged publication of material that violates a person's
right of privacy; alleged misappropriation of advertising ideas or style of
doing business; or alleged infringement of copyright, title or slogan.
The coverages described above are presented in general terms and are subject to the actual policy
exclusions and conditions. For specific coverage details and policy
exclusions, refer to the policy itself or contact your Wayne Mutual agent. If there is a conflict between this website and the policy, the policy
provisions shall prevail. |
